This month I've lost 2lbs this months and i'm now 4lbs away from my pre pregnancy weight but I'm actually at my goal weight. I'm still not 100% happy with how my body looks but it grew three healthy babies and I am very thankful for that. Happiness will come overtime as I tone up more and more.
I feel like this month was a little fail if i'm completely honest. Harleighs sleep isn't very good and to be honest I'm exhausted, working out isn't something I've had the energy to do on a regular basis. When I have done it though I have enjoyed using two new items. The first is the Nike Air Max trainers. These fun trainers really make me look forward to working out. They give me great support and are really comfy. I can't wait to use them more in the coming months once I'm getting a bit more sleep.
I have also loved wearing the seamless leggings and crop top from the calm range over at ILU. They are really comfortable and supportive while I'm working out. The are seamless as the name suggests so you this adds to the comfort factor and also means you can't see the crop top underneath other workout tops, which is how I wear it.
I didn't manage to finish the 30 day shred as it was just too much on top of the tiredness but I saw some great results while I was doing it and completed 13 days.
My goals for April are
* To drink more - if you have any tips on how I can drink more water that would be great.
* To not feel bad if I miss a workout - looking after three children while still getting up 2/3 times a night can be exhausting at times
* To keep up with my 10k steps a day
